Hi, I am wondering if a Dire Troll Mauler's Rage animus works on units. If it does not, then I cheated in a recent game.

Does it say "Target model" or "target friendly warbeast" gains blah blah blah?

If so, then you did cheat. If it says target friendly model/unit its ok.

I don't have the card with me at work, but I believe that it says target model.

If it just says model than you could buff 1 guy in a unit. but the entire unit wouldn't benifit.

It is target model so you can cast it on individual models in a unit but it only effects the model it is cast on., it does not target the whole unit.

i.e If you have a unit of 5 champions and cast rage on one that single champion is the only one to get +3 strength the other 4 are at normal strength.

Pretty sure its Target Model on the Animus as others have said.


I wouldnt call it cheating as much an accident.

Cheating would be you knew it was model only and gave the effect to the entire unit.
