I think that sharing the bases we made will be a great source of inspiration and maybe we will be able to teach each other a few things about basing. So please share your pictures, wip, or methods of getting the desired basing effects.
Some of the things I see people (myself included) tell people looking for C&C is that they need to base their models. This seems to come up a lot, almost as often as drilling your barrels.
I like to think I have learned quite a few nifty tricks for basing. That being said. I want to hear from you guys, and see your bases. I work on bases for friends and myself and sometimes they know what they want and sometimes they tell me to just go with something I can think of. This would be fine but sometimes I just can't think of anything. So lets share what we have done and help to inspire each other and teach each other the ways of the base.
