Super simple. The more I see people use Vallejo's pastes,the more I feel I need some.

It depends how thick the layer is. The layer that I showed at the video it had dried after an hour

Paste takes about 30 minutes to dry, so I'd let it sit at least an hour for it to cure or whatever it does. I love the stuff. It's great and saves a lot of time.
