I decided to give Warmachine a try I've been drooling over the models for some time. Anybody know of any groups in the North, MS or Memphis, TN areas that play?

If you were in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Chattanooga. I could point you in the right direction.

you could try looking here http://privateerpressforums.com/forumdisplay.php?5-Retail-Info

Or if you scroll up on the Dakka forums, you can use the "find a game" link.

Yeah everything I've found is like 2+ hours away. That would be ok for a tournament but not for casual gaming.

Guess this is just going to be one of those things I'll have to hope to kick off with my local group. I have one friend who is equally in love with the models as I am who's interested, and another who wants to play.

We have a pretty good sized game group but most are already heavily invested in other tabletop games and aren't up for starting a new one.

I'm not at the computer right now, but jump over to the PP website you can search for press hangers in your area, they can tell you were people play and get you into leagues ect.

Ok back home now.

Here is the link to find Press Gangers in your area. They should be able to point you in the right direction to find games and events.

No idea. I've had Warmachine for a while, and from what I understand, there's people who have it, but not really any who play it. It was one of those games that flared up, but didn't really catch and hold.
