Are there any French Resistance lists? I know that's a very specific list build but It's something I'd really enjoy building and playing.

Turning tide ,i believe has the FFI list.

I'm not really sure the resistance would ever be a viable FOW army. They didn't really fight that way.

Battlefront did do so some special skirmish rules for Partisans on the Eastern front a few years back along with some minis, though I can't find them on the FOW site. Thats about the closest thing they've ever done.

Just found out. The rules where called Partizan & Polizie and they where in the Bagration Firestorm book. Not sure how much use that will be to you though.
