Hello everyone! I have one simple question concerning the Dark Angels Deathwing. Does a Deathwing member always Need to wear Terminator armor or are there also DW members who use power armour?

The Deathwing explicitly always wear terminator armour. That is their defining trait - Deathwing are Dark Angels of the Inner Circle who wear terminator armour.

However, if the question is "Do any Dark Angels of the Inner Circle wear Power Armour" then the answer is a resounding yes. You have both the Ravenwing and many examples of Inner Circle librarians, captains and interrogator-chaplains to play around with.
