Had a few questions about Tour of Duty.

First off how is the game play compared to Flames of War, I've never played but a good friend of mine purchased an 25th ID army for myself as he is playing a 1st cavalry army. I mostly play games workshop games at our LGS but I was told by the store owner that last time FoW vietnam came out it was discontinued and unsupported, how is it at your LGS, and lastly how is a mostly Field Artillery Army, I'm currently a FA guy in the army and I wanna stick to what I know?
