I am right in the middle of building my Cygnar Army. I have been having issues with Legion with my Khador and wanted to correct that with my Cygnar. So I am going to pick a full unit of Nyss Hunters but I just found the Nyss Sorceress in my Minions book and was floored by Winter Storm action.

Now here is my question: Is she worth to include in my 50 point list Cygnar list for every game because of her other attacks in combo with the Nyss Hunters?

I have never used Nyss Hunters, so can't speak on synergies with them, but I've used Nyss Sorceres for some time and can share a couple of thoughts, if you're still interested.

First of all, she's obviously very fragile, and keeping her 9" from the action and safe needs quite a lot of forethinking.

In large games you can consider to shed 2 more points for the Courtesan to spread Winter Storm one more inch around (among other uses ofcourse).

Since Winter Storm affect models that start activation within its radius pay lot of attention to Seraph: its animus can easily ruin your party.

Thanks. I have been trying to figure out how to defeat legion. I have beaten every faction but legion. Eyeless sight, pathfinder and great shooting and melee beasts all rolled into one. Just need some kind of edge and she might be it. Only $10.00 for mini what the hell might as well try her out.

Legion pretty much plays by it's own set of rules. Chances are your list is decent, but you still don't understand how to effectively negate certain aspects of your opponent's army. A few things about legion:

1) Can be squishier than you think. A heavy warbeast without an animus up to help it out (ex: spiny growth) is actually quite low in the HP and arm department. compared to beefier beasts like Skorne titans.

2) Pathfinder and eyeless sight only function if they are needed to. Find ways around these abilities by causing them to never come up. Pathfinder ignores terrain penalties, but doesn't allow you to stop on a linear obstacle. Eyeless sight may see guys through the forest, but that doesn't mean you don't benefit from cover bonuses.

3) Legion costs points. Nothing is cheap in Legion. Their cheapest "heavy" is 8 points, but the real heavies don't come out until 10. They have a tough time trading model for model. Press this upon your opponent. As a menoth player, I could trade crusaders for carniveans all day.
