Just got this off the Associated Press Wire. What's even more startling is that the US Trustee's office may seize GW product off the shelves, citing a fraudulent bankruptcy filing. Evidently, the US Attorney's office is getting ready to file charges of violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act (the US anti-monopoly law) as well as RICO violations and protectionism.
