Was thinking for the mouth OSL source to be either neon green or turquoise blue, what do you think? Orange could work too.

Because the overall palette of what you've done is quite cool, I'd say orange, yellow or red. Red could look really good, but I can see it being difficult to get to pop without looking too pink or orange.

Actually, I'd say that that's why Orange would work, it'll provide a point of contrast and draw the eye to the model's head.
