So, in the campaign I'm in I'm playing a fighter who has plans of developing a mercenary company. One of the requirements the GM has for this is having me write a company charter. I've laid out some of the ground work, but I've got no clue how to write it. The format, all of the materials to cover, etc...

I was hoping to dig up some historical references, there was no end of mercenary companies on the job during the Ren. period, but I so far haven't found anything. Anyone got anything, or know somewhere else to start?

Perhaps you could check out the lodges from Pathfinder Society... they might have something along those lines...
