The fine folks who game with me and appear in my blog have decided to get together and promote/expand our little gathering. We'd like to invite local gamers to come down and play some quick, casual 40k! No painting requirements, no need for WYSIWYG (as long as you're clear about what models are doing what) and plenty of opportunity to learn 6th edition in a friendly environment. New to 40k? We're new to 6th edition and have a lot of older/spare/unused armies we can let you play with to try out the game!

Currently we play Battleforce Recon (a 500 point mission found in the hardcover 6th rulebook) with standard force organization.

You can check out a few battle reports in my signature (Bladestorm! Blog) of games we've taken pictures of... your army can be featured on our interwebs community if you like, as well!

We also have started participating in enriching the hobby stuff of our chosen store, providing feedback and assistance in the terrain and tables they are making. They've just made a large move and everything is set to improve there, especially in the minis department, quite substantially!

When: We generally meet Saturdays at noon, but if you maintain contact through our facebook group, we can catch games on weekdays!

Where: Games and Stuff, located off of B&A Boulevard in Glen Burnie just outside Cromwell Light Rail station, very convenient for public transport, lots of parking, and food in the area.
