Hey, Im having a bit of trouble uploading an image from the gallery to my WIP thread.
I have already read the image tutorial and copy pasting the link from my gallery images is not working. Any possible problems i may be having?

What precisely is the issue you're encountering?
1.) I see you've taken some pictures and uploaded them to the gallery successfully.
2.) I see that you have successfully posted those images into a thread.
3.) I do not see that you have created any articles, and only have a single edit to a nonexistent article. Presumable you have an article that you have not saved? If you need the code to insert one of your images (or any image) into an article, go to your image, and pick a size from the "recommended sizes" dropdown. Your images are small, so pick the max - 640 by 480.
Then copy and paste the link from the Dakka Articles section to the right. It will look like this:
--Gallery:2013/4/11/483249.JPG--
What happens when you do that? Or is it something else?

Same instructions as before, but this time pick a size and then pick "forums" and copy and paste it. It will look like this:
