I have a new Necron Army (Megaforce that came out aroubd holidays.).

Now all models are glued and primed (black), I am ready to paint.

I was going to go for the green theme. After a little googling, I am really liking the black/blue theme, with the blue rods.

Any suggestions on the colors? Found a few tutorials. They dont list any specific colors. Since going after the glow effect, a glow tutorial with color suggestions will be great as well...
