i am trying to make life sized purity seals for my gaming club here in town, but i am unaware of how to make the cloth i have stiff, it holds water really well...
could you maybe suggest some ideas that are cheap and easy?
also i have heard the watered down school glue works well, have any of you used this technique? if so how good was it?
Thanks in advance.

Watered down PVA glue (Elmer's white glue) should work, just brush it on like you would if you were flocking a miniature base.

They sell fabric stiffeners at sewing/craft stores for preserving and displaying decorative needlework and the like. It works no better than (acid free) PVA and water, in my (relatively limited, but still existent) experience.
