So guys i have been playing 40k for a while now and want to start a new army .

So what is most fun ?

A imperial guard army or a tyranid army?

now i didn't know what forum topic to post this topic in so i chose this one .

And in case you wan't to answer , what army stile is you recommending??

Imperial guard are really fun, you can build a tank company, an aircav platoon, a mechanized infantry list, or a mix of any of those. I can't speak for tyranids sadly.

Imperial Guard are cooler just for the aircav and tank company lists. I mean who doesn't want to play an army of nothing but tanks.
Don't get me wrong, Tyranids are cool too. They can really get the whole endless swarm feel if you play that way.

Are Imperial guards expensive to make a acceptable army to use and to play with?

Well the Tyranids seems more fun to paint then the imperial guards but the imperial guards got more convertion parts and to mod the tanks . so ..well any one got ideas for a fun themed Imperial guards army?
