I have a finecast shadowseer that I've been planning to convert to a haemonculus for awhile. The idea came from the pose of course, since the shadowseer is "levitating" with dangling feet just like the haemonculus and Urien. The biggest difference is the surface details, like hooks and tools and fabric vs. Bare flesh. I have lots of hooks and chains from various other DE plastics, & I'm sure I can GS tentacles around the base (if not actually using spare tentacles from the Talos kit)
I also have spare wrack and grotesque parts but I'm unfamiliar with any non-DE kits where I might find cool stuff to use.

Also, has anyone successfully "sculpted" fine cast resin? Is it worth the effort to try filing and carving parts of the surface down to a more "gnarlskin" look? Or is that just a venture into frustration?

My aim is to turn the shadowseer into something that could look cohesive alongside the standard haemonculus and Urien, to have a Haemonculus trio (where urien doesn't count as urien, but a second haemonculus) These are the ideas I've had, but I would welcome others.

Thanks
