Now, I *know* that the ARC is some sort of rapid deployment type force for the Tau Empire;
I even recall that each one is separately specialized (IE: each ARC has a number-desginate).

But I've forgotten WHERE this is listed in the 40k Books, or online...

Could a kind soul point me to where the 'definition' of the "ARC" force organization is listed?
