I take it these are 25mm.

It's a great scale for uniform detail.

Nice to see figures with the covers on their shakos.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

THX Killkrazy!

Yes they are 25mm and to be honest... I picked that scale to be able to paint all those details! ;-)

Covered shakos are a must with Prussians, since they only wore them uncovered on parade. Really like the way the all blackmshakos blend in with the dark blue uniforms and the greys, so I a, happy they were worn ts way!

I remember an article a long time ago that said you could paint an army wearing weatherstained greatcoats and covers on their hats, and change them to any nationality by having different ensign units.

However, I think a lot of people do Napoleonics for the uniforms.

Even that would not really work, except for some of the Rheinbund nations and the French. With everyone else even the greatcoats and covers would be different enough.

But I am one of those loonies who love the research, so I would not go down that road anyway!
