How powerful are the illuminati and how does the rest of the inquisition view them? Are they persecuted by the inquisition (even though many are inquisitors)? I've heard many have high positions of power and influence in the inquisition? So is it kinda of like another inquisitor investigates the illuminati and disappears? Or are they constantly hiding from the inquisition they serve? What exactly is their relationship with the inquisition?

I thought they got rid of the illuminati fluff.

Like the great storm of the Horus Heresy, the forces of the True Gods will descend upon the Emperor's minions. The stars will tremble at their passage and the mighty armadas of the Warmaster Abaddon will bring annihilation to a hundred worlds. Know this, for these things will come to pass.
