Thanks for your time reading this noob post. As the title mentioned, my question is that can a librarian uses his phychic power ( diviation 0, a blessing ) then use a quad gun to shoot in the shooting phase in the same turn? I played my first game yesterday and was stopped by my opponent when I tried to use a quad gun with my libarian after he casted a diviation 0 to my devastator suqad. I know that a phyker may not shot a weapon after he uses witchfire, but I'm not sure about blessing.

Any suggestions?

Blessings are done at the beginning of the movement phase, and do not prevent the librarian from shooting a weapon in the shooting phase.
