Hi everyone,

Sorry for my inexperience in this, but ive agreed to help build some hills for a local fantasy tournament, thing is, one of the organizers is asking for hills that are 14 inches long x 10 inches wide x 3 inches high.

Is it just me? Or are these massively oversized?

Thanks

Claire

Does old boy want them to be a solid 3" thick or does he have a "tiered" idea going on?

Because yes, that does seem a little big. But from what I understand, hills sont really mean much anymore and are really used to block line of sight. And at 3" high, that would indeed block line of sight...

A solid 3 inches "to block cavalry and make it more realistic"

Then that makes perfect sense.

I make the terrain for the Bugeater Grand Tournament and the Fantasy guys wanted the same style hills from me as well.

Have fun!!

Thankyou for that.

I am now working on making them. What did you find the best material was? Ive got some high impact foam, but its proving a pain to actually cut with a hot foam cutter.
