Every time I click on my username thing to take me to my page where I can access all my threads etc, it says that DakkaDakka is down at the moment, and that I should try again in 5 minutes.. It's been like this for 2 or 3 days now, and it's really starting to annoy me.. I have logged on and off etc, and nothing is working

Try clearing your cache and closing and reopening your browser. Also, reboot.

If you ever have an issue on Dakka try clearing your cache out first. It's the most common solution. Also, for future reference, if you can post on Dakka, Dakka ain't down.

Heck, if my car starts sputtering, I clear the cache and reboot it. It's just good practice.

Yeh, when I've drank too much I even go for a tactical cache clearance then get back on it. True story.
