So I'm embarking on the great adventure that is painting the Loken and Abbadon diorama for my friend. I'm eager to have such a beautiful sculpt that really motivates me to push my abilities and see what I can do. The first hurdle is that green on Loken. The painting guide suggests mixing four greens and a series of washes. However there is another picture of the individual models, I think from the forge world website, that makes the armor appear a little bit of a lighter green. It's possible that it's just the picture in the guide that makes it look darker. I've seen several really amazing pictures of the model on here with some really nice shades of green, so I ask you, Dakka:
