I've placed a couple of orders, and it pretty much always ends up being about 2 weeks to New York.

They say expect as long as 4 weeks. Usually it's been 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. The only thing I don't like is once the package leaves them you have no way to track it, but that is due to the shipper, not Warlord. I have ordered directly from them dealt with their customer service, they seam to have it pretty well together.

I've never had any issues with mis-packed orders but I have had at least 3 incidents of missing bits. Mostly where stuff like heads had fallen off or tiny parts were not included in kits. They fixed it within a day or two of my contacting them, but of course had to wait weeks for the parts...

You can't fix stupid.

I usually take the stand that unless you can't get what you are looking for anywhere else or you don't mind the wait, don't order direct. Especially when they are shipping from overseas. My order took a good 2.5 weeks to Pennsylvania, which is to be expected from an overseas order. Nothing wrong with them however, and customer service is excellent.

Fastest time I ever had anything from Europe arrive at my door was when I ordered from Elhiem and they got it to me in a week. Wait is always a bit long, but the prices are usually good if the shipping cost doesn't kill it.
