So, I recently started collecting epic 40k SM minis.

I need help with two things.
First, Does anyone have good advice when it comes to painting such a small scale models?

Second, I really do not have any idea how I want to paint my current SM force. I currently have 10 LRs and 60 marines. I want to split the force up into two different chapters. I'd like everyone to suggest two chapters to paint.

Thanks!
