With Lock and Load happening right now in Seattle, the new Convergence faction book is having an early release. And that means spoilers! Most of which can be found here.

The only thing missing are the theme forces, three of which can be found here. Lucant's and Directrix's are still MIA.

War Room has been updated with the Convergence items on sale at L&L. So if you have the Ultimate Bundle on there, you already have half of the Convergence rules in your possession. The rest will be added when the book officially drops in July.

Edit: http://www.focusandfury.com/forum/index.php?topic=5167.15

Lucant's and Directrix's theme forces are here. Directrix gets to take a very large amount of servitors and Prime Axiom makes extras too. It looks like a lot of fun.

Axiom is for sale, which is why he's on there.

Yeah, I noticed they added him to the L&L store day two. He wasn't on sale the first day.

The collossals literally arrived at PP HQTR on Thursday from what I have heard.

Given they're manufactured there, not sure how much sense that makes. All resins and metals are manufactured in house. They probably just wanted to give people a reason to hit up the store on Saturday.

Also, Meg was painting the studio Axiom all weekend.

Maybe they just got all the parts done and boxed up. /shrug I was told this by a PP employee, but not one who works in those areas.

They gave away the first one at the Iron Painter event. They were on sale in the L&L store after that.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Of the 5 casters, I think I prefer the three non-human ones. I've proxied Syntherion a few times and his focus efficiency is through the roof. With a Corollary, this guy is going have focus all over the place.

Directrix definitely has more of an anti-WM bent, but with her spells, I see her and her jacks launching salvos of spells and ranged attacks before engaging in melee. With this and her theme force, it seems like there are multiple entertaining ways to play her. I'm willing to sacrifice some effectiveness versus Hordes for that.

Lucant is a straight up tank and brings Positive Charge for counter-punching. This one will probably see a lot of the tournament scene due to Purification.

The Corollary might be the most ridiculous warcaster attachment in the game. Some on the other boards have suggested that their army lists will start with it before even picking the caster. It increases CTRL area, gets a free focus from Accumulator, can store it across turns, allocate its focus to another jack, and because the wording on Power Transfer says "spend", when it dumps its focus on to another jack, it can induct another focus point somewhere else. It's crazy.

As it stands right now, I think the best combat jack in Convergence is the Cipher. Two P+S 18 attacks, and two AOE 4 ranged attacks give it amazing versatility and it's useful against a wide range of targets. This guy can perform so many roles, it's going to hard for me not to take at least one.
