On June 15 Your Hobby Place will be hosting a 40k tournament at 1850 points. The tournament is 3 rounds and kicks off at 1 pm. The store opens at noon so arrive early to get situated.

The tournament entry is only $5 and top finishers will receive prizes.

A painted army is not required, but wysiwyg is expected.

Your Hobby Place has been hosting monthly tournaments for years, however this is one of the first posts on Dakka. To add in regarding scoring, extra points are awarded to fully painted (3 colors minimum after priming) & based armies. There's no grading scale, its a simple "Painting complete or incomplete" bonus. A couple token points are also given for fluff... and bringing your own army-carrying tray.
