I got an order of metal minis in the mail, and it appears theirs a problem. The soldiers rifles are bent completely either around the mini or at 90 degree angels. What can I do to repair these.

Metal minis, especially with thin parts, are prone to deformation. With the soft metal, they can deform sometimes with nothing but their own weight and the force of gravity. After you bend them back, you might want to protect against future bending (or even breaking!) by drilling a hole through their length and pinning the entire weapon with a small length of brass rod. (Or a straight pin, or whatever strikes your fancy.)
