Decided to transfer my CSM from Black Legion to World Eaters. SInce Im a big fan of the fluff and lore, is it possible to convert my regular marines to the typical red & gold, even though they dont have the typical "bunny ears"? Or should I do a conversion?

Also, what are some recommended paints? Khorne Red and Mephiston Red?

Not all khorne worshipers necessarily have bunny ears, especially heresy era world eaters. The colors are iconic enough IMO. Make sure they're the right shade of red and look real choppy with interesting melee weapons. I would also recommend an airbrush for the red base coat -since they've already got a coat of paint on them you don't want the paint looking too thick, an airbrush will give you a nice thin coat and save time.
