Hey Dakkadakka gang.

I'm picking up right where I left off, 4 years ago. This is a lobba. It is also a carnival game that grots line up for... a chance to swing a hammer without having to be on the front line... and if they're strong enough, it sends a rokkit into the enemy. Now isn't that fun?

The fun stops when I realize that I have no idea how to paint this. Give me ideas for colour schemes!!

My army is clan-neutral, other than some units that are obviously associated with certain clans, so we have no conflicts of interest. This could be any assortment of colours. Should it be garish and over the top, or merely functional, since who's gonna give those grotz paint to make their stupid game look fancy anyway? Should it be pristine and cared-for or dusty and haggard? You are the deciders!

Three Color Minimum

I vote for over the top colorful but worn and rusted at the same time - i feel that would best fit an ork/grot carnival .

Great conversion by the way!

Under the couch

That is awesome...

It definitely needs to be bright and carnival-ish.

I second/third that! bright an carnivally!
I googled carnival colours and wow were they bright!
How about...
A badmoon/golden yellow for the wood/structure up the back. With a blood red for the line running up the centre.
With the explosion at the top done in the classic, Red orange, yellow incrementing flames...ahh you only have 2 parts to the flames (thought i saw 3).

OOOOO! you could..... do the other clasic... the fade like on a power bar. starting yellow at the bottom of the structure fading into a deep red for the top. Or the green up 2/3 then a little yellow/orange into a finish of red at the top of the structure, flames bursting out.

Favourite Game: When your Warboss on bike wrecks 3 vehicles simply by HoW - especially when his bike is a custom monowheel.
