I was inspired by the Arvus model, let's say I tried to get a useful version of it.

For the similarities:
-it's a Arvus with more armour, that fires not only snap shots, that has a wepon is not in the Arvus Option list and is essentially cheaper compared to the perfos of the Arvus.

-or also a weaker valkyrie, that has not grav shut insertion, no missiles but has deep strike.

-a winged chimera that...

and so on

by the way, I assume that for you the point cost is just fine

Yeah, pretty much. It's a Valk with the multilaser swapped for a lascannon and the missiles taken off. Valk's 100 points, lascannon upgrades are usually about 20 points and the missiles are probably worth 10-15 points.
