Following on from my earlier post here are a few pics of my sons SM 'The Wings Of Pegasus ' ( Thanks for the name suggestion Alan). I must point out that a lot of these minis had a very thick and speedy red spray paint done a while back in an inpatient moment to get some colour on them, that turned out to be a real struggle to remove so I gave up and painted over it. Although im not the best painter i therefore feel this is nowhere near up to the standard of my Orks . Though my son is happy and that's all that matters after all

Honestly? Not one comment?

Ah well no worries, my bhoy likes them as he keeps pressuring me to repaint the rest of the gak and build and paint new additions.

I'll chance a few more pics henyways.

I must admit I have enjoyed getting these to a reasonable ( IMO) standard for him, seeing them getting put carefully onto a shelf or into an army case makes a change from them being carelessly tossed in a box.

The minis are about 75% finished but I figure once I get the rest atleast to this level and we have learnt how to play and had a few games I can always finish them off.

Once again c&c welcome

Looking good so far, considering the rough spray job under it all. Don't worry about not getting many responses, I'ts nothing personal. Most people just view the post without commenting.

Looks like a cool paintscheme, very hard to judge the paintingquality though, the pics are rather poor but it looks cool

Cool paint scheme but may I recommend photographing with a black background (or dark neutral colour if possible) it will allow the paintjob to be better admired.

Better pics atlast.

I have attempted a battle damaged look to these warriors to show that these guys really get stuck in and are rarely resupplied.

Plus being ex military myself the only shiny kit I ever got to see was usually wrapped in plastic and on a shelf in the stores ( usually with a note from the QM stuck to it saying ' DO NOT ISSUE ' )

let me know what you think

I'll post more as I progress on .
