I could swap the Lictors for:

Two units of 3 Warriors, Enhanced Senses, Extended Carapace, Toxin Sacs, Scything Talons x3, Deathspitter x2, Venom Cannon x1 = 118 x 2 for 232

Or 3 units of 2 Raverners, Scything Talons, Rending Claws = 80 x 3 for 240

I'm muling over what to use?

You oughta drop the Extended Carapace off the Tyrant and get it 2 Guards, so it'll be much more resilient. Give it Catalyst to increase the Hormas' effectiveness.

Drop the Toxin Sacs off the Hormas and get them instead AG-WS__it will make them about as deadly and will wind up much cheaper. Boost their numbers if you can to around 16-20.

Get Flesh Hooks for the Genes___hitting last when attacking prey in cover is no fun!

If you've got pts left after getting rid of the Lictors, I'd be partial for a unit of Warriors and 2-3 Raveners, each in their own broods, so to make them wasteful to shoot at with a whole squad's firepower.
