So I was playing an Orboros opponent today, and we kind of ran into an issue with one of Kromac's spells, Bestial. He says that I cannot upkeep spells that are already in play (Of course in his Control area), but from how I read it on the card, I think I was able to. I agreed with him for now to keep the game going. Although I think I was able to upkeep , what do you guys think?

You can upkeep spells, because Kromac's card don't say that you can't. Compare it to Lamentation (found on pKreoss) which says : "[...]to cast or upkeep spells[...]".

Alright, I figured so about that. Thank you, although it seemed like a silly question to ask.

Read the card again. it says under Best Mind that while in best form that Kromac can not upkeep spells.
Now if you're talking about his spell bestial then you should note that the spell says it effects enemy models so it doesn't have any effect on any of your own models.

I mean Beastial.

Bestial just affects channeling, upkeeps.

No, Bestial don't affect upkeeping because it does not say so. Bestial affect only casting spells and channeling spells.

Bestial is you cannot cast or channel spells.

Upkeeping is neither of those.
