Hey all.\

So, in a recent topic, I have been a little inspired to try my hand at a conversion.

Namely, my daemons army, currently focusses on Tzeentch, primarily, on flamers, and flamer chariot's. I really wanted a lord of change, but unfortunately, the lord of change model just doesn't do it for me with the idea behind the fluff of my army, based on my own obsession with flamers.

So, anyway, my Idea, was to buy another flaming chariot box (I allready have a 60mm base) and remove the screamers, base the thing with a towering rock base, with the flaming disk sitting on top. I would then try to arc the flames of the exalted flamer upwards, and use my bit'z to modify the thing so it look's monstrously powerful in comparison to my other flamers, so no-one could think it wasn't the "Big boss" of the army overall. Paint it up in more extravagant colours, and use the magical swirl's from the herald chariot base to look like the thing is literally leaking magic out of it.

However, before I invest, i'd like to get some opinions on if people think this will work. I know people are used to the big chicken look of the lord of change after all, but in my mind, ord's of change shouldn't all look the same, because that's beside's the point of a lord of -change-, if they never change their look

Anyhow, hoping for some opinions

Let me see if I have the concept right. Big and gaudy flamer on top of a pillar, with arcs of fire coming down from the pillar in arcs?

Pretty much. The chariot-flamer model is about twice the size of a normal flamer to begin with, and I intend to have it either soaring over a rock-ledge to boost the height (if need to, ill compare it to a lord of change to see if I need to)

It's going to be belching out flames from it's "mouth" and hands, and i'll be using these part's, to look like swirl's of magic are coming out of the disk he stands on.

The bit I will use to represent the magic is the piece marked 17, I have a good few of these to use.
