I have been using vallejo spray can primer for a while now and Its always been fine on my plastic models but now I want to prime my FW GUO and im unsure if i can use it. the can says plastic and metal, it does not mention resin anywhere, is there something in certain primers that can damage resin and thats why its not listed? thank you all

I have a feeling that GW could include a free puppy and handjob with a new codex release and people would find some way to whine about that as well.

Resin is a type of plastic, I would imagine it would be fine. Take a piece of spru that you have left over from the GUO and see how it reacts.

On that note I have used Army Painter spray on FW stuff and havnt had an issue.

Hope that helps.

Army Painter primer works fine on forge world. I primed my GUO with it. Turned out awesome.

Make sure you wash all forge world in warm, dish soap water prior.

The best primer (according to FW) is car primer from an auto parts store.
