Ok here is a list I was thinking of. Basically the pan is to have the 1st Grey Hunters station near the Center Objective. Pod the 2nd near the other Objective. Then the Swift Claws would move towards the other Objective. The Land Speeders are to act as mobile Fire Support.

Spoiler:
1500 Pts Space Wolves Roster July Swift Claws

Wolf Guard Battle Leader in Power Armour, 190 pts (Wolftooth Necklace; Space Marine Bike; Power Fist x1; Wolf Claw x1)
2 Fenrisian Wolf
Wolf Priest in Power Armour, 170 pts (Fang of Morkai; Power Armour; Wolf Amulet; Melta Bombs; Space Marine Bike; Crozius Arcanum; Plasma Pistol; Saga of the Wolfkin)
Swiftclaw Biker Pack, 365 pts (Melta Bombs; Bolt Pistol x9; Close Combat Weapon x9; Plasma Gun; Power Axe)
1x Swiftclaw Attack Bike (Heavy Bolter)

Grey Hunters Pack, 225 pts (Bolt Pistol x7; Boltgun x6; Close Combat Weapon x8; Plasma gun x2; Plasma Pistol)
1x Grey Hunter w/ Mark of the Wulfen (Bolt Pistol; Boltgun; Close Combat Weapon)
1x Grey Hunter w/ Power Fist (Wolf Standard; Bolt Pistol; Boltgun; Power Fist)

Grey Hunters Pack, 280 pts (Bolt Pistol x7; Boltgun x6; Close Combat Weapon x8; Plasma gun x2; Plasma Pistol)
1x Grey Hunter w/ Mark of the Wulfen (Bolt Pistol; Boltgun; Close Combat Weapon)
1x Grey Hunter w/ Power Fist (Wolf Standard; Bolt Pistol; Boltgun; Power Fist)
