This is a Biel tan wraithknight I am painting for a friend of mine. This is not a commission, so no money or deadlines are involved here, just taking my time to paint some eldar. Since I am always very pessimist regarding my staff and the way they look I happily welcome C & C in a positive way. Any way I am gonna post more pics tonight since I am getting close to finishing the torso. Hands are magnetized so are left for the end.

Looking good so far, I really like the green. The Biel Tan scheme looks excellent when done well and this is certainly going in the right direction. Planning on doing any freehand thorn patterns?

I am very uncertain about free hand thorns since I haven't done anything like that in the past. Maybe some free hand on the shields on the hips and crotch. Green is such a nice color to paint it makes me wanna change my army's color scheme .

I am almost done with the wraithknight . I had him in a box for a long time without putting paint on him but now only some details are left .

Had been contemplating paint scheme for my Eldar for some time now, but this might have pushed me into Biel Tan love the green combo with the white shield.

And amazing sword!

Green is so easy to work with, it makes me wanna repaint my eldar :-(.

Nicely done, I always liked the Biel-Tan scheme for the Eldar and you've done a grand job on the model.

The gem on the shield looks dope, did you airbrush it?

Yes all gems on the shield, chest and sword are painted with an airbrush. Lot of fuss cause you have to cover up everything with tape and bluetac but the result looks good. It is really easy too

I will try to get some pics of just the helm but as you can see my photo skills and my camera aren't that great :(.

He needs some more assembly and to retouch the highlights once he is assembled but other than that I am happy with him .



Photos still look crappy.. need to get a descent camera .
