This isn't truly a message about looking for a game (though if there's anyone around here that plays, by all means message me)

What I'm looking into is right now is how many people are into the war-gaming around here. 40K, WHFB, LoTR, anything at all you play, let me know. I'm doing some scouting for storefronts around the area to rent/buy to open a FLGS. But I want to know if its worthwhile from a business standpoint before I get too involved. So feel free to comment below where you live and how far you'd realistically be willing to travel to play/talk/paint etc.
