First list:
First list has a problem - I think you have too many focus hungry jacks, even with the Wracks and Heirophant. The Redeemer wants a couple of focus a turn, the Crusader wants to be running and then 3 when getting into combat, and the Devout needs a focus to run or to use it's special imprint. Even with 7 focus, Kreoss is going to be really struggling to get enough focus out a turn, and you'll leave him camping nothing - considering he's on a medium base and hard to screen, that could be a problem. I'd suggest dropping at least the Devout or Redeemer, and putting those points into other things.
Do you have any other heavy jacks out of interest? I might recommend changing that Crusader to something that has a slightly better threat range. A Reckoner, Sanctifier or Templar would probably be happier in this list, and you can use a few points from removing a jack to upgrade to any of those.
Also, the Paladin solo - I really don't rate them highly unless they're with Vilmon. Vilmon makes them so much harder, and it's just hard to justify the 2pts for them otherwise. If you take the 5/6 points by dropping a jack and 2 points from the paladin, you can upgrade the crusader for 2/3 points, and have 5/6 points left over for another unit. Or use a couple of points to get the Officer and Standard for the
TFG.
Second list:
Looks good to me, though I really think a Reckoner goes well in a Harby list. Because a Reckoners Ashen Veil stacks with Harby's Awe ability, it means living models have effectively -4
MAT when attacking - that can really mess up Hordes armies who have to waste fury Boosting to hit him or risk a significant number of misses. He's not necessary though, just nice to have.
Overall, if this is going to be your first tournament playing
WM/H, just prepare to get beat up a bit
