Hey there. I was gonna start making some Ghost Knights for Mordrak and I was looking through other people's takes on it and I was wondering how people got the colors the way they do. I want to do the whole ethereal-ghostly look with the blue and white and I was wondering if there is any trick to getting the effect, or if it just white with a blue wash and some blue edge highlighting.

Daemons 3000pts.
2800pts.

Base black. Drybrush light across the entire model with a dark grey or similar. Then move on to a slightly whiter color but only drybrush the top 2/3rds. Move onto a lighter shade closer to white any only drybrush the top 1/3. Then drybrush pure white for the top of the model or extremities.

Healthy wash of blue or similar (I think the citadel green looks the most ghostly).

It's quick and easy to do several models at a time.
