eLich's best trick is to us excarnate to get biles don the board fast. To do this, you'll need an arc node. For even more shenanigans add the Death Jack.

I would run something like this (very similar to Keith Christianson's 35 point list)

min Bile thralls

~5 points left, your choice. Personally, I would min the bane thralls for min blood witches+hag.

I think the UA for the Thralls is counterintuitive. You want them to die for the feat turn and they can't be used in the feat, so why take them. Plus, they're just used as an armor debuff. So we don't even need a whole squad. I use just a min unit. With the remaining points you can take some control pieces like pistol wraiths, sirens, witches, whatever you feel compliments your playstyle.
