Big mek: KFF Wierdboy: warphead lootas 10x lootas 10x lootas 10x ork boyz (shootas) 12x,trukk ork boyz (shootas) 12x,trukk Ork boyz (slugga) 29,nob,pk Ork boyz (slugga) 29,nob,pk Ork boyz (slugga) 29,nob,pk dakkajet: extra suppa shoota' dakkajet: extra suppa shoota dakkajet: extra suppa shoota My plan was to have enough fire power to take out most transports and flyers with the lootas also they can go to ground in a ruins and get a 2+ save The wierdboy gives me alot of choices allows me to move faster,hit harder,or kill a pesky LR i find the ability to deep strike 30men is pretty fun and scary i have seen it in action. The mek its protecting the remaining footsloggers And the trukks are there for gunboats they can serve a good use like adding some firepower being a good distraction also capping objectives late game. Also the dakkajets i always do very good with them and the weirdboy giving me more waaaghs gives me more firepower i find the dakkajets to be a good transport/men killer! Anyway just wanted to try something new and think it could be effective give meh some feedback!

This was a fun list to play against, when I played against it, if I hadn't brought enough templates, I doubt I would have even come close to winning. Its pretty solid. There's a lot of threat coming from those dakka jets, the wierd boy gave you so many waaghs, it would have been utter destruction if more of the damn things had come into the game. The lootas provided an awesome firepower to my transports, and some of my troops. And the boys evaporate anything they touch in assault. This is a very multi threat list, everything must be dealt with or you'll die.

I like it. AV14 will be a pain, so if you happen to see the ever rarer 2-3LR lists you'll be in trouble, but otherwise its nasty.
I'm not a huge fan of the two trucks, I'd rather see more Shoota boyz boots on the ground or more Lootas, can't go wrong with more Lootas.

It was a fun list too play! Also i agree the LR are scary but most that i see never do enough to make me really wanna kill it. I also like the boyz in the trukks for distractions, picking off small squads and late game objective capturing. Letting it Kareen into a few termis and killing 3 is always a good laugh!

Seems very strange to have a list that puts the Shootas in Trukks and the Sluggas on foot... but hey whatever works.
Just try a game where the sluggas counts-as shootas. Then swap out the three Nobs for three units of two kannons. Chances are your force will be a heck of a lot stronger, and won't play that much differently.

Hmmm. i never really thought of that. i like the idea of that because in the game i used this list in i noticed the nobs were very useless i always felt the nob was needed for if i ran into something i needed to kill but he would get challenged out and die before he even swings. thanks for your input i will consider that idea.

Yeah, I'd have the Shootas on the ground and the Sluggas, with a PK Nob, in the Trukks. You'd save a few points, since you'll be dropping a Nob, and it will allow your Slugga Boyz to rush forwards in the Trukks, aiming for units like Long Fangs that lay on the hurt at range. Or, at the very least, give your opponent something else to think about.
