So my FLGS is playing a campaign, which I am running! We're based loosely on the Crusade of Fire.
We're going to play a special event in a few weeks, and I'm working on some special rules. I want some feedback on the wording of the rule: anyone see any potential RAW problems? Did I forget anything?

Set up will be Good player vs Evil and Ugly alliance (AoC). Evil supplies the Warlord.

Here's the rule:

Evil Special Objective
***In the Shooting phase, when your Warlord's unit declares a shooting target, your Warlord model may instead direct his shooting attacks at any Ugly HQ, so long as that model’s unit is not engaged in Close Combat. Any Hits caused by this attack are treated as Precision Hits that can only be allocated to the Ugly HQ; wounds caused cannot be allocated to any model other than the Ugly HQ for any reason (including Look Out Sir!). (Cover saves are not granted by the HQ’s unit, although being obscured by other units or terrain work as normal.) Wounds caused by this attack may cause Pinning (for example, from a Sniper weapon); count the casualties caused by this attack for the unit’s morale purposes during the next enemy shooting phase. You may declare this attack only once—if it fails, you can’t catch the target by surprise again!
***In the Assault phase, when your Warlord is engaged in the same combat with an Ugly HQ, you may direct all your Warlord’s attacks at one Ugly HQ. If your Warlord is not already in base contact with the Ugly HQ, swap places with any Evil or Ugly model(s) so your Warlord is in base contact with the Ugly HQ. After all Attack bonuses are applied (Charge, Rage, multiple weapons, etc), halve your Warlord’s attacks. These attacks roll To Hit on 3+; wounds caused cannot be allocated to any model other than the Ugly HQ for any reason (including Look Out Sir!). These attacks will be resolved at Initiative Step 11, before any other attacks. (Yes, I realise there is no official Step 11. Go with it.) If the Ugly HQ is in a challenge and dies to your Warlord’s attacks, then the Good character counts as winning the challenge. Wounds lost by the Ugly HQ’s death count in favour of the enemy’s Combat Resolution. Such is your Warlord’s concentration on destroying the Ugly HQ, that he throws all caution to the wind as his malign and twisted hand (or tentacle) seeks his unsuspecting target: ANY To Hit roll of 6 from the enemy unit are treated as Precision Hits that can only be allocated to your Warlord. Look Out Sir! rolls may be taken as normal. You may declare this attack only once—if it fails, you can’t catch the target by surprise again!

Bonus points are awarded if the Evil Warlord kills the Ugly HQ.
