So, I am testing the concept of a full, shooty SoL court in a Ghost Ark, and I am looking for C&C for the rest of the list. o, without further ado:

Running a similar list at 1850. It's a good, balanced yet efficient list that is fun to play both with and against. I'd get another Annihilation Barge, they are cool models and do a great job.

Having 5 Lords in a Court can be hit or miss. Drop the Phaeron upgrade, it's 20 pts you wasted for nothing.

What your army lacks is long-ranged high S shooting. MC will tear the list apart. I'd think about turning the Court members into Destroteks, granting them access to S8 AP2 36'' weapons that can easily kill a MC. I'd also swap out your OL for Nemesor Zandrekh as he helps your army a lot and can make any unit a lot better (hint: 20 Necrons Warrior Blob with Tank Hunter ).

Big kudos to you for not taking any flyers. Keep following the TruCron way!

The issue with the court is first, it costs a lot of points and it is very short range. You have to get within 12 inches of your target.. If you don't play it right you might only get to shoot those things in over-watch.. while your being assaulted.

I do agree you do not need the phaeron. Just not that useful.

Do you have any FMC in your meta?

No flyers, no FMC's... Not many MC's either... Mostly MEQ. As said, I am trying the concept of SoL's, which should be useful in my meta. In some higher point game, I do want to try 2 shooty GA courts, one with 5 Destroteks/5 SoL Lords (anti MEQ/TEQ), and another with templates only.

Unfortunately, I currently only own 1 Barge, though I will probably buy another one soon.

As for the Phaeron upgrade, I find it really useful. Denying your enemy his charge and gaining 20 extra attacks for finishing power is great. At least It's been for me. Swapping for Zhandrekh was a really good idea, though then I would lose Phaeron... But I think it might be worth
t. So, Phaeron goes, GoF and a WC goes, and Zhandrekh enters. Would have been fun to have a Phaeron AND Zhandrekh though... Furious Charge

As for not playing flyers...I Really think that Flyersare the only REALLY bad thing with 6th edition, as do the rest of the local gamers. I thought the Necron Scythes looked interesting before they became flyers, now I edespise them...

Tank Hunter makes up for everything Phaeron could offer. Destrocourt shooting 5 36'' S8 AP 2 shots with Tank Hunter is ridiculous - I've destroyed quite a few Land Raiders in a single turn that way. Turn 1 even.
