I currently run a IG tank army but I'm looking for a more fun faster paced army (but not norm eldar)

HQ:

Baron Sathonyx

Troops:

Hellions 10x
Helliarch Stunclaw

Hellions 10x
Helliarch Stunclaw

Fast Attack:

Reaver Jetbikes x6
Arena Champion
2x Heat Lance

Heavy Support:

Ravager

Razorwing Fighter

Comes too about 891 but I'm stuck as how to optimize it/finish it off -> Also will be upgrading to 1500 points when i get funds

Is the army viable as I'm trying to avoid raider/venom spam while staying at least kinda competitive or is it worth trying out a hellion list at 600 points first?

Thanks in advance

The Twilight Zone

Not a big fan of stunclaws on the helliarchs. The gimmick is pretty hard to pull off, and at 1k there are not many IC's around that you can just kill normally. Venom blades are free and do more damage.

The arena champ is a bit much for the bikes, you really only take em for leadership purposes for a squad 9 strong.

Razorwing needs a flickerfield, ravager needs night shields.

It would be worth it to try and squeeze in a venom with haywitches inside. Maybe drop some hellions and combine the squad into 1 larger blob.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
