Seems like a pretty solid list to me ,but your kinda laking some small /large blasts how about getting some plasma devastators in there ,or a vindicator maybe

I'd drop the captain off the bike change your troops to 10 strong scouts add another TFC.

Everything was meant to hide behind the ADL the bikes are only there for last min objective grabbing. one bike squad will main the gun with the captain.

Its just a fun list before the new codex comes out, a 4+ save for the dreads are pretty good to be honest.

The stormraven is not I think with 4 missils 1 melta and the assualt cannon which i can exchange for the plasma cannon
