What should I do with the rest of the points?

You've got 3 HQs. Drop a Malleus, give the other terminator armor OR give each strike squad a rhino.

Other than that, it's a very solid list. Like, very solid.

Only three servitors can take special weapons.

Also always very nice is:
3 Warrior Acolytes with Plasma guns w/Chimera..plus or minus extra bodies

Can't I do two squads of 3 with both my Inquisitor's? Downside is I can't prescience both at once but the list reads legal to me at least.

Yes you can, it just sounded like it was one group.

With the rest of your points you could get 2 razorbacks with psybolt ammo and dozer blades. Then you could combat squad the psycannons into one squad to sit back and shoot and the other squad of guys with the justicar to go up and assault the enemy or serve as a counter charge unit

As GumyBear said, take 2 Psybacks to increase your shooting potential.

What about incorporating a dread knight? Just for a way to fight heavy armor, and to diversify the army a little. I don't like the idea of razors, light armor is such a points sink right now and I think I've maximized my strng 5 shooting enough.

Any suggestions for a TEQ/high toughness/heavy armor effective dread knight?

Typical DKnight build is H.incin, and then either teleporter or sword. (Giving all three gets rather pricey). The incin is by far the best gun on the DKnight. My favourite tactic is to shunt him up to a group of Fire Warriors and BURN!

Buy a Rhino for 1 GKSS and a chimera for 1 Servitor squad. Buy searchlights for all the vehicles including the dread.
