Goal of list: Minimize damage recieved before spiders precision deepstrike and wreck things.
Shadowsun allows pathfinders (and homing beacon) to infiltrate, although if I have 1st turn I may use her to infiltrate a squad of spiders instead. The entire army (should) infiltrate or deepstrike, and the ADL is for cover where I need it or when it would be more tactically sound to bunker down in a corner.
The homing beacon on the pathfinders and stealth suits will allow spiders to drop without scattering.

Farseer: bike, spear, mantle
Autarch: Fusion gun, warp generator
3x 5 rangers
3x 10 spiders
Shadowsun
x6 stealth suits: fusion blasters + homing beacon
x10 pathfinders: recon drone and 3x ion guns
2x10 kroot: sniper rounds and kroot hound
ADL

I played this list last week against a tau player (list was something like missilesides, 2 fusion/plasma suit teams, riptide, 3 full firewarrior teams, hammerhead, 10 man kroot squad, 2x 5 man pathfinders, etherial). We both claimed one of the four objectives, he had 1st blood and I had slay the warlord and linebreaker for the win. So, how can we optimize the spider-spam?

The Twilight Zone

A lot of your list is waiting till turn two to hit, making most of your list easy picking. Finders bring a drone, but their markerlights won't do much and neither with the guns. I would drop them.

The autarch could use some oomph added with a CCW or helmet.

ADL is okay, but kind of expensive for something that has limited benefit.

It looks like insane heavy mech or hordes will be a problem for you.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
